My name is Olga.

I strive to help my clients identify their strengths and goals, create actionable plans for achieving their career aspirations, and provide support and guidance as they navigate the job market and advance in their careers.

I always have been greatly motivated by helping people achieve their goals, teaching and tutoring.

Despite having an education in the natural sciences field, I was able to switch my career 180 degrees and started working remotely in It in 2016. I worked as a project and account manager until 2021. After working with the coach myself I started my brand new position: Success Manager. Success Manager can mean a lot or nothing to different people, but for this particular role it is a combination of recruiting, HR and staff coaching. I found a calling in this field and am happy as ever to help people find their job and become better at it.

I keep constantly educating myself in career coaching and coaching in general. IT is an ever-changing industry that requires constant learning and adaptation.

I work remotely with everyone regardless of their location. However, my home-base is Lisbon, Portugal, where I live with my dog and cat.
